Getting Started
Installation
Follow the instructions to install the application on your smartphone:
Before downloading the application file and installing on your phone, ensure that the phone is setup to allow installation from unknown sources.
To install the nGauge on Android device :
Open Google Play Store and search for nGauge app.
Tap the Install button.
Tap the Accept & download button to accept any terms.
Tap on nGauge app icon to open the application.
Some mobile phones might start asking you directly to install the app so you don’t need to go to the app drawer and click Downloads to search the file there.
To install the nGauge on iOS device :
Open the App Store and search for nGauge app.
Tap on Get button.
Go back to the home screen.
Tap the nGauge app icon to open the application.
The application icon will be displayed on the home screen after the installation process.
Registration
To access the application the user has to register with retailcloud and then login to their account.
Field
Description
Username
Enter the username supplied on your welcome letter (email).
If you have not created a merchant account, select Sign Up to start the sign up process.
Password
Enter the password supplied on your welcome letter.
Company Code
Enter the Company Code supplied on your welcome letter. This is usually the name of your business.
Licensed Register
Enter the Licensed Register supplied on your welcome letter.
Login
Login to the device, using your username and password for your domain.
