Employee ID List

Overview

Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Hierarchy ID

This report list all employees in the merchants domain. It breaks up the employee's information by ID, Name, Role, Employee ID, Status, company code, and date of PW expiration. This would be a good report to check periodically to make sure the merchant is prepared to change the Employee's password.

Details

ID - ID of employee

Name - Name of Employee

Role - Role of Employee

Employee ID - Employee ID

Status - Statue of employee (active or inactive)

Company Code - Company Code

Date of PW expiration - When the password of the employee expires

Access

Access to this function at an enterprise level is limited by default to the System Administrator and Financial users only. Accounting, warehouse general managers as well as zone managers and human resource managers may view hierarchy ID report at Venues or Store assigned to them.
