Inventory Count is used to do cycle counts of a full inventory. Scan the items one at a time or add them in bulk.

To start a counting process follow the below steps‌ :

  1. Click the 'Inventory Count’' button from the home screen.

  2. To add a new project click the “count” symbol on the screen.

  3. Enter

    1. Project Name

    2. Count Date

    3. Location type

    4. Location

    5. Employee

    6. Notes

  4. Click ‘Save’ . Product Scan screen appears.

  5. Select the scanner icon (Black) for Regular Scan or scanner icon (Red) for Rapid Scan.

  6. Or manually enter the barcode and count fields.

  7. Click ‘Save’.

Edit a Project

To update a project follow the steps below :

10. Click ‘Save’.
