A920 is an all in one mobile terminal, a fashionable and compact payment device powered by the Android operating platform. A920 comes with a large high definition tablet color display and a super fast thermal printer that is neatly hidden below so as to maximize screen usage for customer facing transactions.
A wide range of advanced connectivity options are supported, as well as inbuilt NFC contactless, electronic signature capture and massive amounts of memory to enable exceptionally fast processing of applications.

Thermal Paper Roll
Power ON : Press and hold the Power button for three seconds until the buzzer emits a beep and the LED besides the IC card slot is lit on, and then the terminal is being turned on.
Power OFF : Press and hold the power button for three seconds until the shutdown menu appears, click Shutdown and then “Shutting…” appears, the terminal is being turned off.
Turn the terminal over to remove and replace the thermal paper roll.
Place your finger under the paper lid near the top back side of the terminal, release lever and pull the entire lid assembly away from the terminal.
To remove the paper roll simply pull the paper roll out.
To install a new thermal paper roll drop in the paper roll with the paper pulling from the back and out the top of the roll.
Pull about 2” of paper out and close the lid until the lid snaps into place.
It is important the lid is fully closed so that the paper roll fully engages the paper. Tear off any excess paper.
Tear paper towards 45 degree direction of paper knife.
Position the A920 to show the backside of the terminal.
Locate battery cover and slide the open/close slide switch to the right. ( The slide switch is a tight fit.)
Lift the battery cover from the base and pivot the lid upwards and remove.
Lift the battery from the bottom side and swing it upwards from the bottom and pull out.
To install a battery first remove the protective cover over the battery connectors.
Then insert the battery with the gold connectors towards the top right side.
Slide the battery upwards and then carefully push the bottom into place.
Insert the top of the battery lid into the lid hinges and then lower the bottom of the lid cover until it is flush with the case.
Slide the lid switch to the left. (slide switch maybe tight)
Before starting the A920 device battery should be fully charged.
There is a protective cover on the new battery terminals that must be removed before charging the battery. See Remove and Replace Battery section.
Plug In the USB to mini USB cord to a PC or an AC power supply.
Plug the other end with the mini USB connector into the mini USB port on the left side of the terminal.
Charge the battery until full.
The charging status will be displayed on LED.
For the first two cycles/charges, it is recommended to charge the device only after the battery drops down to 5%.
Place the magnetic stripe face down, swipe card through the magnetic card slot at a constant speed which could be bidirectionally.
Place the chip face down, insert the IC card into the IC card slot and push it to the end.
Place a contactless card close to the sensor area of swiping which is at the top of the terminal.
Open the battery cover which is at the bottom of the terminal, take out the battery, insert micro sd card to the corresponding Micro SD card slot.
Open the battery cover which is at the bottom of the terminal, take out the battery, insert SIM card to the corresponding SIM card slot.
