Overview

retailcloud’s Feedbk is a rating application that provides insight into your customers in store or online experiences. Get real time feedback from your customers at the Point of Sale on their experience. These powerful insights help you tailor a customer experience strategy based on your customer with analytics to identify ideal product mixes and ultimately, increase units per transaction.

Getting Started

Please contact support@retailcloud.com to enable Feedback.

Feedback Configuration on CAS

  1. Login to CAS

  2. Navigate to Configuration —> POS Settings —> Feedback Settings

  3. To Enable Feedback, tick the checkbox.

  4. Choose a question from the dropdown box for POS Question or type the question in the below box. This question will be asked on CDS immediately when a customer completes the transaction.

  5. Select the answer Type ‘Star’.

  6. Select the Email Question from the dropdown box or manually enter the question in the box below. This question will be asked on an email receipt sent to the customer email address.

  7. Select the answer Type ‘Smile’.

  8. Click on ‘Submit’.

After a successful transaction, a customer feedback screen appears to get feedback from the customer.

Feedback Notification on nGauge App

This feature of the app allows the business owner to get notified about their customer feedback or ratings. Merchants can easily analyse feedback and plan for improvements.

To get notifications on the app, activate feedback on pos or digital receipts.

  1. Click on 💟 sign at the bottom of the home screen.

  2. Customer feedback rating will be listed based on High or Low rating.

  3. Click on a particular customer to view the details such as Rating Points, Customer No, Transaction No and Source.
