Kitchen Display System (KDS)

Features

  1. Display orders in kitchen

  2. Auto discovery of KDS device

  3. Incremental orders

  4. Print receipt

  5. Bump orders

  6. View delivered orders

  7. Better Customer Service

  8. Complete Tracking Of Orders

Hardware Requirement

KDS application is compatible with Android devices ( Recommends 7”inch and above android devices)

Once an item rings through the POS, it displays on the KDS. Since the food order is placed at the point of sale, it has to be able to talk to the kitchen display system for food to route and show up in the back of the house.

If the order is placed, the kitchen staff can CLOSE the order from the KDS.

How Incremental Orders work ?

This feature allows you to send a customer’s complete order in one chunk so that the customer receives each course at the appropriate time. All changes are reported to the kitchen staff as soon as they are requested by the customer.

With this feature, instead of waiting for the service staff to get the order details, the preparation staff can begin working on their food preparation as soon as order details are notified at the display system.
