# Prepaid Settings List

### **Overview**

Go to **CAS** --> **Reports** --> **Listings** --> **Transaction ID**

Listing provide basic information on prepaid settings such as prepaid id, name, minimum percentage, minimum fixed amount, layaway fee, cancellation fee, cancellation fee type,status.

**ID :** The ID number for the Prepaid Settings

**Name :** The name of the prepaid settings

**Minimum Percentage :** The minimum percentage of the sale or fixed amount of the initial deposit or whichever one is higher option

**Minimum Fixed Amount :** The minimum fixed amount of prepaid setting

**Layaway Fee :**  Layaway fee to be charged for the transaction

**Cancellation Fee :** The penalties for cancellation, this would also be calculated out on canceled transactions. This can be in the form of a fixed amount and/or %. 

**Cancellation Fee Type :** The layaway cancellation fee type of prepaid setting

**Status :** The Status of the prepaid settings/ program (Active appears on payment screen and report option, Inactive appears on report dropdown but not payment screen)<br>
