Creating a new Customer
Follow the steps below to create or view customer details.
The customers page appears with the list of already created customers. User can search for customers by providing details in any of the search fields. The search fields are as follows :
Customer Name
First Name
Last Name
Email
Address
Zip code
City
State
Country
Phone
Mobile
Groups
To add a new customer
Click on “Add New Customer” tab.
Enter the customer details on the provided fields.
Click on ‘Additional Fields’ to add additional customer details.
Select/Deselect the ‘Auto Generate Customer Number’ for automatically/ manually entering customer number.
Click on “Add”.
Customer will be added and displayed in the customer list.
Removing a Customer
Go to the customer list and click on the 3 dots provided near the edit icon.
Click “Remove Customer”.
The customer will be removed from the list.
Modifying Customer Details
Go to customer list and click on the edit icon.
To view the history of the transactions click on “History” tab.
To cancel the edit click on “Cancel”.
Make the desired changes in the fields.
Click “Modify”.
